      • Cleaning service: We take care of the best possible stay by cleaning and refreshing your room on a daily basis. Thanks to the central cleaning unit we have, we remove dust, germs and mites from the living areas, offering quality air and protection from allergies.
      • Children Friendly: Ask reception to suggest you local activities for your young family members.
      • Early Check Ιn: There is no need to wait for the standard check-in time. If your room is ready to welcome you, you can start your stay earlier. At Lithia our goal is to make you feel at home.
      • Late Check Out: Ask us for an extension at check-out time and if the room is available, we will serve you.
      • Luggage storage: There is no need to worry about your luggage if you have a scheduled departure late in the day. We will be happy to keep them and suggest ways to make the most of your last hours in Ioannina.
      • Breakfast: Breakfast is prepared in our kitchen and served daily from 08.00 - 10.30 in the hall, in the courtyard or in your room. The menu includes a variety of hearty options from fresh local products, pastries and pies, egg menu, freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruits, yoghurt and coffee of your choise.
      • Library: Pick a book from our library and immerse yourself in the world of your book in our hall or in our inner courtyard, with coffee or a glass of wine.
      • Bicycles: We love cycling and offer ours free of charge to anyone who wants to explore the enchanting lakeside route that starts right next to our accommodation.
      • Transportation services: Every minute counts. Comfortable transport to/from our mansion. Let us know and we will make sure you are served immediately.
      • Parking: You will usually have no difficulty parking in a free parking space near the accommodation. Nevertheless we can secure for you special rates for 24 hour parking in secure private facilities. The most advantageous option concerns private parking at a distance of 100 meters from our hotel, in which the charge for our guests is 4euro/day
      • Children Policy: We love children and want to guarantee their safety. For this purpose and due to the layout of our building, we accept families with children over 8 years.
      • Gym: There is no reason to lose your "form" during your stay. In collaboration with Chaos Fitness Sports & Recreation nearby, take advantage of its programs at special prices.
